Working in close collaboration with BCV and AvroKO to realize their design vision, our team ensured the space exuded a sense of quality and refinement, providing a new destination for visitors to meet, eat, and connect.

As Architect of Record, ensuring seamless coordination played a pivotal role in the project's overall success. With over a dozen technical consultants, we verified existing conditions, identified major base building components to be integrated into the new architectural framework and created the base plan that set the foundation of the design process. This proactive approach remained steadfast until project completion, guaranteeing thorough coordination of all design elements and the realization of the intended design vision.
