Designed as a space bespoke to their New York employees, the Colliers office provided an entirely new experience than their previous locations. The design maximizes the views and proximity to Bryant Park, creating a workspace uniquely connected to New York City. The company’s brand is highlighted throughout the space’s modern design along with a minimalist color palette and textural elements. White marble panels lead from the elevator lobby into a light and airy backdrop of white, light gray and blue accents throughout.
A simplistic palette accented by textural elements.
A sculptural slatted wood wall forms a visual focal piece for the intercommunicating stair promoting a strong connection between the two floors. The stair features a decorative light fixture that creates a canopy to mimic the feeling of walking through a park that leads employees to the main café and a training room.
A space is interwoven with wellness and communal areas.
Collaboration areas are distributed across workstations and private offices to create pathways leading to several experiential areas. This includes spaces such as an oculus room, a music room, a meditation room and learning lounge — all designed for wellness and to enhance the way Colliers’ employees prefer to work.
