As a Senior Project Manager, Simon brings over 20 years of experience in commercial interiors. He has successfully completed high-end interior projects of all scales across the U.S., from building standard prebuilts to large-scale tenant build outs. Simon’s ability to effectively communicate with the design team and consultants, along with his strong technical oversight of the drawing and construction process, enables him to guide projects through to successful completion, ensuring they come in on time, on budget, and as the design was intended. At Spectorgroup, he has led the project teams for clients including Vornado Realty Trust, Applied Underwriters, Citrin Cooperman, and Tishman Speyer. Simon received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Buffalo.
