Lauren brings over a decade of experience in architecture and design as the Director of Creative + Strategy at Spectorgroup, where she is responsible for marketing and driving the brand across platforms. Part designer, and part strategist, she plays an integral role in interior design projects from the initial pitch to workplace strategy, concept development, and schematic design. A creative thinker with a multidisciplinary background, Lauren develops and implements research-based methods, strategies, and tools that directly impact the design process and create efficient, culturally-charged, and business-driven environments. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Lauren has led workplace transformations ranging from 10,000 RSF - 200,000 RSF for clients like Stagwell, Citrin Cooperman, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, Rauxa and Community Preservation Corporation.
