He has extensive experience managing all project phases, from the initial schematic design to construction administration. Alan's diverse portfolio includes commercial and corporate interiors, healthcare facilities, residential buildings, and retail spaces. Highly skilled in code and zoning analysis and business development, Alan has successfully led project teams and managed client relationships at top real estate companies such as Brookfield Properties, Boston Properties, and Zar Capital, as well as at New York financial institution, the Municipal Credit Union. As a senior project manager, Alan works closely with commercial tenants in the NY office market across various industries, including finance, technology, and fashion. Alan received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
